Thrombotas Ointment is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.Thrombotas Ointment is released in small amounts in the breast milk and amounts reaching the baby are also small, which would not be expected to cause any harmful effects to the baby.
It is not known whether Thrombotas Ointment alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

How to use Benzyl Nicotinate
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and gently massage the ointment. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Benzyl Nicotinate is used in combination with heparin in the treatment of inflammation of vein (thrombophlebitis), pain in dilated veins area, pains and cramps in the leg muscles, disturbances of lymph circulation, traffic and sports related injuries, postoperative and posttraumatic scars, non-joint rheumatism or soft tissue rheumatism.
