SEDOSOLVIN SUSPENSION is used in the treatment of common cold symptoms.

How to use Sedosolvin Suspension
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. SEDOSOLVIN SUSPENSION may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How SEDOSOLVIN SUSPENSION works
SEDOSOLVIN SUSPENSION is a combination of three medicines: Bromhexine, chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan which relieve cough and cold symptoms. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Diarrhoea, Bloating, Stomach upset, Headache, Dizziness, Sweating, Skin rash, Sleepiness.
