X Par 100 mg/2.5 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of asthma.

How to use X Par Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. X Par 100 mg/2.5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How X Par 100 mg/2.5 mg Tablet works
X Par 100 mg/2.5 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Guaifenesin and terbutaline. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways. Together, they make breathing easier.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Diarrhoea, Stomach pain, Vomiting, Dizziness, Headache, Rash, Urticaria, Tremor, Increased heart rate.
