Povi-10 Powder may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Povi-10 Powder is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.The baby's skin should not come into direct contact with the treated area of skin. Water-miscible cream/gel is preferred as ointments may expose the baby to harmful effects of Povi-10 Powder via licking.

Ornidazole Topical is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA.
Common Dryness, Burn, Irritation, Stinging sensation.

Tell your doctor if you have any previous history of fits or if you experience unusual numbness of skin.
Ornidazole cream is only meant to be applied on the skin of the affected area and should not be consumed orally or instilled into eyes.
In case of accidental direct contact with your eyes, wash your eyes with water immediately and seek medical attention if any irritation persists.
