Todol P Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.

Chymotrypsin is a proteolytic enzyme obtained by the activation of chymotrypsinogen extracted from the pancreas of beef that has been used in ophthalmology for the dissection of the zonule of the lens, thus facilitating intracapsular cataract extraction & reducing trauma to the eye.
How Todol P Tablet works
Todol P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Tramadol which relieve severe pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Tramadol is an opoid which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Notify your doctor if you have a bleeding disorder. Since Espizyme forte interferes with the blood clotting, so it might worsen the bleeding disorder Stop using the Espizyme forte at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery, since Espizyme forte interferes with blood clotting. Notify your doctor if you are or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Use only for severe acute pain for not more than 5 days. Prolonged use may result in physical and psychological dependence even at recommended dosages. It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery. It is better to take with food to avoid an upset stomach. Your doctor may adjust your dose if you have liver or kidney disease. In case of overdose, tell your doctor immediately.
