Rofidin Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

It is not known whether Rofidin Plus Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Rofidin Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rofidin Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, Rofidin Plus Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.

Uses of Rofecoxib
Rofecoxib is used in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, arthralgia, muscle pain, pain during menstruation and post operative pain.
How to use Rofecoxib
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
How Rofidin Plus Tablet works
Rofecoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) called COX-2 inhibitors. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that are responsible pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
