Retain Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
There is limited information available on the use of Retain Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
There is limited information available on the use of Retain Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.Use of Retain Tablet is however not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
Uses of Retain Tablet
Retain Tablet is used in the treatment of female infertility and hormone replacement therapy.It is also used to restore menstruation in women with secondary amenorrhea (the absence of menstrual cycles).
How to use Retain Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Retain Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
How Retain Tablet works
Retain Tablet is a progesterone (female hormone). It works on the lining of the uterus and helps to establish and maintain pregnancy in infertile women. It helps in protecting the uterus from the negative effects of estrogen when used for the treatment of postmenopausal symptoms.
