Ropiro 2mg Tablet is used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and restless leg syndrome.

How to use Ropiro Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ropiro 2mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Ropiro Tablet works
Ropiro 2mg Tablet works by increasing the action of dopamine, a chemical messenger that is needed to control movement in the brain.

Side Effects:

Common Headache, Dizziness, Fainting, Sleepiness, Vomiting, Weakness, Nausea, Edema, Abnormality of voluntary movements, Dyspepsia, Hallucination, Confusion, Viral infection.

Do not use ropinirole, if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to ropinirole or any of the ingredients in the medicine.
Patient taking ropinirole are advised to exercise caution while driving or operating machines as it can cause excessive sleepiness.
Avoid taking ropinirole if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Do not take ropinirole, if you have severe heart problems; serious mental health problem; experienced unusual urges (like excessive sexual behavior or gambling etc.); undergoing hormone replacement therapy.

Ibuprofen when taken with Requip (ropinirole) doesn't seem to produce any interactions
