Uses of Diclofenac
Diclofenac is used in fever, headache, arthralgia, muscle pain, dental pain, post operative pain, pain during menstruation, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and gout.
How to use Diclofenac
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
How Superspas Tablet works
Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by suppressing the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause inflammation (redness and swelling), fever and pain.
Common Abdominal pain, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Epigastric pain, Flatulence, Nausea, Vomiting, Indigestion.

How Superspas Tablet works
Fenpiverinium belongs to the class of drugs called anticholinergics. It works by inhibiting the nerve impulses which are responsible for causing pain and muscular contractions in the gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract and other organs.
Common Dryness in mouth, Slow heart rate, Excessive thirst, Dry skin, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Palpitations, Photophobia, Constipation, Dilatation of pupil, Difficulty in urination, Arrhythmia, Increased heart rate, Reduced bronchial secretions, Loss of accommodation.
Expert advice for Fenpiverinium
Fenpiverinium should be taken along with food.
Do not continue taking fenpiverinium for more than 3 days. Consult your doctor in case the symptoms do not resolve during this period.
Do not panic if you are passing red-colored urine as fenpiverinium when given combination with metamizole can cause such effects. However, consult your doctor if you are having painful urination.
Do not consume alcohol while taking fenpiverinium as it may worsen the side effects.
Do not drive or use any machinery after taking leva fenpiverinium as it may cause dizziness.
Do not take if patient is allergic to fenpiverinium or any of its ingredients.
Do not take if patient with severe kidney or liver failure.
Do not given if patients who have obstruction in gastrointestinal tract or megacolon (extension of colon).
Do not given if patients with difficulty in emptying due to muscle weakness (atony) and gall bladder.
Do not take if patients with certain hereditary diseases such as glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and porphyria (abnormal metabolism of the blood pigment hemoglobin).
Patients who have leukopenia (reduction in the white blood cells), aplastic anemia (low red blood cells due to impaired bone marrow function), agranulocytosis (severe reduction or complete absence of certain white blood cells).
Patients with angle closure glaucoma (when eye pressure increases rapidly), elderly patients.
Do not given to pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Pitofenone hydrochloride belongs to the class of drugs called as antispasmodics. It works by suppressing muscle spasms thereby relaxing the muscles.
Common Slow heart rate, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Photophobia, Dilatation of pupil, Palpitations, Dryness in mouth, Arrhythmia, Increased heart rate, Constipation, Difficulty in urination, Dry skin, Excessive thirst, Gastrointestinal disturbance, Decreased white blood cell count, Loss of accommodation, Reduced bronchial secretions.
Expert advice for Pitofenone
Exercise caution while using pitofenone hydrochloride in infants, small children or if you are suffering from abnormal formation of blood (dyshaematopoiesis) or with unstable circulatory conditions, as in the presence of these conditions, dose should be given under medical supervision. Â
Take extreme care while using pitofenone hydrochloride in patients suffering from bronchial asthma or chronic respiratory infections and patients with a history of allergic reactions to painkiller medications as such patients may develop shock (analgesic intolerance).
Do not consume alcohol when on treatment with pitofenone hydrochloride, as it may worsen its side effects.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
Do not take if allergic to pitofenone hydrochloride and any of its ingredients.
Do not take if suffering from kidney porphyria (disturbance of metabolism that can be seen as disorders of the skin or other organs), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency present at birth, tachyarrythmias (exceeding heart rate), narrow-angle glaucoma (a condition where colored portion of the eye is pushed or pulled forward).
