Tredaptive 1000 mg/20 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

How Tredaptive 1000 mg/20 mg Tablet works
Laropiprant blocks the synthesis of certain chemical messengers and reduces flushing due to Vitamin B3 (Nicotinic acid), a lipid-lowering medicine.
Common Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Bloating, Nausea, Abdominal pain, Diarrhoea.

Inform your doctor if you have hereditary muscle problems or have pain, tenderness or weakness of muscles, liver, kidney, thyroid or heart problems. Â
