Driving

Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Tramfresh Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.

How to use Tramfresh Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tramfresh Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food, if it causes stomach upset.

How Tramfresh Tablet works
Tramfresh Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Tramadol which relieve severe pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Tramadol is an opoid which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Common Nausea, Dizziness, Sleepiness.

Expert advice for Tramfresh Tablet
Use only for severe acute pain for not more than 5 days. Prolonged use may result in physical and psychological dependence even at recommended dosages. It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery. It is better to take with food to avoid an upset stomach. Your doctor may adjust your dose if you have liver or kidney disease. In case of overdose, tell your doctor immediately.
