Driving

Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Torrence 50mg Tablet may cause episodes of nausea and vomiting, which can temporarily lead to an impairment of the ability to drive.

Kidney

Torrence 50mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Torrence 50mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.Lower doses may be considered in patients with serum creatinine > 5 mg/dL.

Torrence 50mg Tablet is used in the treatment of ovarian cancer, breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and stomach cancer.

How to use Torrence Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Torrence 50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Torrence Tablet works
Torrence 50mg Tablet is an anti-cancer medication. It works by damaging the genetic material (DNA) of the cancer cells and stops their growth and multiplication.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Vomiting, Loss of appetite, Reduced blood platelets, Hair loss, Anemia, Diarrhoea, Discoloration of urine, Mucosal inflammation, Stomatitis (Inflammation of the mouth), Febrile neutropenia, Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils).

Expert advice for Torrence Tablet

Use appropriate contraception during treatment with epirubicin, if you are women of childbearing potential.
Male patients should not to father a child during and for 6 months after stopping epirubicin treatment.
Inform you doctor if you have or had suffered problems with your heart, liver or if you have severe infection such as urinary infection.
Do not drink fluids for 12 hours before the treatment if epirubicin is to be used in the bladder.
Tell your doctor if you are or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
