Sprycel 70mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Sprycel 70mg Tablet is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Take special care when driving in case you experience side effects such as dizziness and blurred vision with Sprycel 70mg Tablet.
Sprycel 70mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Sprycel 70mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
SAFE
Sprycel 70mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Sprycel 70mg Tablet is recommended.
Uses of Sprycel Tablet
Sprycel 70mg Tablet is used in the treatment of blood cancer (Chronic myeloid leukaemia)It is used in patients whose disease could not be treated with other medications for leukaemia or who cannot take these medications because of side effects.
How to use Sprycel Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sprycel 70mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Sprycel 70mg Tablet is an anti-cancer medication. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of cancer cells.
Common Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Rash, Headache, Edema, Reduced blood platelets, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Breathing difficulty, Anemia, Fatigue, Infection, Fever, Bleeding.

Dasatinib is FDA approved for the use in the treatment of adults with chronic phase, accelerated phase, or myeloid or lymphoid blast phase chronic myeloid leukaemia.
Q. Can I take ibuprofen with dasatinib?
Using dasatinib together with ibuprofen may increase the risk of bleeding. The interaction may be more likely if you are an elderly or have kidney or liver disease. Please follow your doctor's advice regarding its use
