Dutas T 0.4mg/0.5mg Combipack is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Dutasteride which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. Dutasteride is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor which helps in shrinking the prostate by decreasing the level of a hormone that causes the prostate to grow.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) belongs to the class of medications called as nutritional supplements. DHA plays a vital role in the brain development. DHA decreases cholesterol and triglyceride levels, inhibits platelet aggregation and oxidation of LDL, decreases the synthesis of inflammatory markers such as prostaglandins.
