Olmeglare A - 20 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Lactation

Olmeglare A - 20 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Olmeglare A - 20 Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.

Kidney

Olmeglare A - 20 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Olmeglare A - 20 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of blood pressure is advisable for dose adjustment.

How to use Olmeglare A Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Olmeglare A - 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Olmeglare A - 20 Tablet works
Olmeglare A - 20 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Olmesartan and amlodipine. Olmesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Altered taste, Diarrhoea, Stomach upset, Ankle swelling, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Numbness of extremity, Edema, Flushing of skin, Increased potassium level in blood, Decreased blood pressure.
