Kofarest AL 2.5 mg/30 mg Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Kofarest AL 2.5 mg/30 mg Syrup is used in the treatment of cough.
How to use Kofarest AL Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Kofarest AL 2.5 mg/30 mg Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Kofarest AL 2.5 mg/30 mg Syrup works
Kofarest AL 2.5 mg/30 mg Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Levocetirizine and ambroxol that relieve cold symptoms. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic that treats runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
Common Stomach upset, Dryness in mouth, Headache, Fatigue, Sleepiness, Allergic reaction.
