Carofit ultra cream is a skin lightening cream,that keeps the skin supple. It contains Kojic acid dipalmitate, Arbutin and Lactic acid.
 
Kojic acid dipalmitate is more effective than simple kojic acid, thus it gives fast and effective results,which is visible from first use only. Arbutin is a skin lightening agent. It inhibits melanin formation by tyrosinase inhibition, thus, lightening the skin tone. Lactic Acid acts as a moisturizer for alleviating dryness.
