Miko OD capsule is used as nutritional supplement.It contains Methylcobalamin(Vitamin B12) and Alpha Lipoic Acid,Pyridoxine and Folic acid.
 
Role of key ingredients:
Vitamin B12 plays a role in the activity of bone cells, bone formation and red blood cell production, all of which impact your bone health.
Alpha lipoic acid is a very potent antioxidant that is made by the body and is found in every cell where it helps turn glucose into energy. 
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) plays an important role in the body. It is needed to maintain the healthy skin, red blood cells. Pyridoxine is important for the breakdown of protein, fats, and carbohydrates from foods.
Folic acid supplement helps in the production of red blood cells (RBCs), synthesis of DNA, and boosts heart health.  Folic acid is used to treat or prevent low folate levels due to poor diet, and certain stomach/intestinal problems as well.
