Role of Key ingredients:
- Pea (Kalaya) protein is a complete protein with all nine essential amino acids in a sufficient proportion to support normal body functions.
- Finger Millet (Ragi) is a rich source of calcium & complex carbohydrates which improves digestive health & promotes physical growth.
- Black Pepper (Maricha) contains piperine, which helps improve the secretion of bile, enhances digestion, and increases the bio- availability of digested nutrients.
- Centella (Mandukaparni), recognized in Ayurveda as a brain food, improves cerebral microcirculation, improves concentration and memory and offers anti-anxiety and anti-stress effects.
- Indian Gooseberry (Amalaki), is an antioxidant and an immunomodulator that helps improve phagocytosis.
- Colostrum (Peeyusha) offers immunity-enhancing constituents called immunoglobulins.

Direction of use:
- 2–6 years: One heaped teaspoon (approximately 12.5g) twice daily.
- 7–10 years: Two heaped teaspoons (approximately 25g) twice daily.
- Take a cup of lukewarm/cold milk or water, add the required tablespoons of HiOwna kidz and stir briskly until mixed well. Add sugar to taste, if required.Â
