Pain all down oesophagus worse by swallowing.

Persistent short, dry cough, there was complete paralysis of bodily powers, copious green vomit, constipation.

Burning pain in eyes, when reading or writing he has a feeling of heat in them.

Transient pain in single teeth, recurring especially in damp weather and before a storm.

Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
