DESCRIPTION
LGM is a nutraceutical preparation containing L-Glutamine 500 mg.
Glutamine supplements are required when the body levels of glutamine are low in situations like intense physical activity and stress. Most of the glutamine is stored in muscles where much of the glutamine is made. Glutamine is important for removing excess ammonia. Glutamine is actively sequestered by immune and anticancer cells.
