Heaviness of head, but cannot lie down on pillow 
Dizziness on sitting straight, along with confusion 
Headaches vary according to timings of sun, cannot bear heat at all around head 
Head feels big in size and skull feels smaller for the brain. 
Feels as if head is pulsating with each heartbeat 
 
Eyes 
 
Vision is affected, sees things half light, half dark. 
Letters appear smaller than actual size. 
 
Heart 
 
Can hear each heart beat 
Difficulty in climbing slope 
Palpitation with difficulty in breathing 
Bouts of fainting on exertion 
Throbbing in the whole body to finger-tips

Precautions
 
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. 
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
