DESCRIPTION
Dershine Lotion contains White Soft Paraffin, Light Liquid Paraffin and Aloe vera gel as main active ingredients. Dershine Lotion acts as an emollient.

Role of active ingredients:
- White Soft Paraffin: Used as a barrier cream by providing a layer of oil on the surface of the skin to prevent water evaporating from the skin surface. It is an emollient, acts as a skin lubricant. It is used to soothe, smooth and hydrate the skin.
- Light Liquid Paraffin: Used to treat itchy, irritating dry skin conditions.
- Aloe Vera: Contains two hormones named as Auxin and Gibberellins. These two hormones provide wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties that lessen skin inflammation. It is used to cure chronic skin problems, such as psoriasis, acne and eczema.
