Enerjex Powder contains Essential Vitamins-Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B1, Vitamin A, Folic Acid, Vitamin D, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) and Vitamin B12.
Essential Minerals-Calcium, Phosphorous, Sodium, Magnesium, Iodine, Chloride , Chromium, Iron with other nutrients.

Direction of use:
1. Take two spoonfuls of Enerjex powder (approx. 20 g) in a glass.
2. From the measured quantity (approx. 200 ml) of milk, add a little to the glass containing enerjex powder.
3. Stir to make a smooth paste.
4. Add remaining milk slowly and stir briskly till the contents are mixed well. Tastes better when prepared with chilled milk
