Moistron Lotion contains Liquid Paraffin 10.2% w/w and White Soft Paraffin 13.2% w/w.

Liquid Paraffin is a mineral oil used to prevent and treat dry and scaly skin, eczema, and minor skin problems.
White Soft Paraffin is a white petroleum jelly or skin lubricant which is used as a barrier cream. It develops a layer of oil on the skin surface to prevent dryness.
