Matilda forte is a combination of Mecobalamin, Alpha lipoic acid, Biotin, Pyridoxine and Folic acid. 
 
Mecobalamin is active form of Vitamin B12 which is used in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy and pernicious anemia.
