Kali Bromatum is a single homeopathic remedy chemically known as Potassium Bromide. Kali Bromatum is a well-known remedy for acne, psoriasis, paralysis, stammering and sleeplessness. 

This remedy is curative for the following conditions: 

Chief remedy for different types of acne especially in young people. Bluish red pustules with itching especially face, neck and chest. 
Also good for psoriasis which is worsened by mental stress and exertion. 

Mind 
For patients suffering from depression, self-abuse, mental worry, and stress. 
Loss of memory 
Constant delusions and hallucinations. 
Speech is slow, stammering and difficult. 
Unable to sleep due to worry, grief or financial worries. 

Good for vomiting with intense thirst after each meal. 

Extremities 
Good for paralysis with muscle weakness and numbness.
