Direction for use/ Dosage:
Consume Bhumija Lifesciences Jamun Vinegar about 20-30 minutes before a meal in the following schedule:
- Morning: Consume 3 Teaspoon (15ml) Heart remedy Only once in Morning With warm water before breakfast, not to drink or eat anything for 30 minutes.
- Afternoon: Consume 3 Teaspoon (15ml) of ACV in a glass of water & take it a half hour before lunch.
- Evening: Consume 3 Teaspoon (15ml) of ACV in a glass of water & take it a ½ hour before dinner or as directed by the physician.
