It is a homeopathic remedy prepared from the Arbor vitae plant. It is indicated in the following cases 
 
Complaints that start after vaccination
 
Skin
Viral Warts on the skin. 
Warts on genitals. Soft and fleshy, fungus like growths
Outgrowths on the skin, especially on the covered parts.
Brown spots on arms and hands.
Excessive sweating on exposed parts of skin, eruptions on covered parts
 
Stomach and abdomen
Acidity in tea drinkers. Averse to eating onions.A toothache from drinking tea. 
Bloated feeling in the abdomen and flatulence
Sensation as if an alive creature is crawling inside the abdomen.
Constipation, stools that recede back.
Warts at the anus.
 
Respiratory system
Asthma in children.
Dry, hacking cough on drinking cold water.
 
Mind 
Well suited to individuals who dwell on fixed ideas about life and are lethargic.
A delusion that the soul and body have grown apart.
Listening to Music causes weeping and trembling.
Feels that limbs are made of glass and will break on walking

Precautions
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. 
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
