DESCRIPTION
This remedy is prepared from a chemical i.e. ammonium chloride. It is used for asthma, weakness, fever, cough, hoarseness of voice and piles (haemorrhoids). 
 
Mind 
Sad 
Desire to cry, but unable to cry

Head 
Hair falls out, with itchings and dandruff. 
Feels full, compressed; worse mornings. 
 
Nose 
Free acrid, hot watery discharge 
Loss of smell. Obstructed, stuffy feeling 
 
Respiratory 
Cold, allergic rhinitis 
Difficulty in breathing 
Nose feels chocked up, with constant desire to blow the nose 
Hoarseness and burning in larynx 
Cough with mucus expectoration and rattling of mucus 
Hoarseness of voice 
Burning sensation at small spots in chest 
 
Abdomen 
Burping with bitter taste in mouth 
Pain in stomach, after eating 
Crampy pain in abdomen with difficulty in breathing 
Obesity especially around abdomen 


Rectum 
Piles itching and bleeding with soreness 
Stool Hard, with mucus in stool, crumbling stools 
Burning in anus after stools 
Haemorrhoids after suppressed leucorrhoea 
 
Female Genitals 
Menses Early then expected date with excessive flow 
Blood clotted, dark black, especially at night 
Cramps in abdomen during menses 
White discharge ( leucorrhoea) like white of an egg 
Loose motions and abdominal cramps during menses 
 
Dose- As advised by the Physician. Can be taken with Allopathic medicines 
 
Precautions
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. 
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
