DESCRIPTION
This homeopathic remedy is prepared from the venom of the Brazilian coral snake. It is indicated for the following condition-
 
Paralysis of the right side of the body.
 
Bleeding disorders like hemophilia- bleeding is black and inky.
 
Bleeding from lungs in cough, from intestines in stools.
 
Ear
 
Deafness, suddenly at night.
Otitis with green discharge and black colored ear wax.
Cannot have any cold drinks. 
Leads to immediate cold sensation in the chest
The person desires for sweetened buttermilk.
 
Mind
 
Schizophrenia-delusion that he hears someone talking.
Fear of being alone.
Fear of rains.
 
Respiratory
 
Stitching pain going from top of the right lung
Cough with severe pain in lungs, worse on right side of chest
Sensation of a sponge in the food pipe preventing breathing
Coughs up black blood with phlegm
 
Dose- As prescribed by the physician. Can be taken along with allopathic medicines.
 
Precautions
 
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. 
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
