• Remain upright for at least 30 minutes after taking benzoxonium chloride. • Consult your doctor before giving benzoxonium chloride to children. • Do not use benzoxonium chloride if you have deep wounds or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns for disinfection of skin. • Do not use benzoxonium chloride if you have deep oral ulcers for throat infection. • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. • Should not be given to patients allergic to benzoxonium chloride or any of its ingredients. • Should not be given to patients with severe respiratory disease.
