This is a combination of two medicines: Dihydralazine and hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Dihydralazine is a potassium channel opener which relaxes blood vessels and allows more blood and oxygen to reach the heart and other organs. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic which lowers blood pressure by removing extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
