Pantoprazole+Alginic Acid is used in the treatment of heartburn and acidity.

This is a combination of two medicines: Pantoprazole and alginic acid which relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn. Alginic acid forms a thick foam in the stomach which acts as a barrier to reflux (acid going up to the food pipe).
